Description

Pokemon Infinite Fusion is a fan-made Pokemon game that lets you fuse any two Pokémon to create over 220,000+ unique species. Inspired by Japeal’s Pokémon Fusion Generator, the game is supported by a community of artists who contribute new sprites daily.

 

Story

In “Pokémon Infinite Fusion,” the storyline is inspired by the classic Pokémon games set in the Kanto and Johto regions, but with some unique twists to accommodate the fusion theme. Here’s an overview of the main story:

Setting and Beginning

The player starts their adventure as a young aspiring Pokémon Trainer in Pallet Town, just like in the original Pokémon Red and Blue. Professor Oak introduces the concept of Pokémon fusion, revealing that technology to fuse two Pokémon into one hybrid creature has recently been developed, which opens new possibilities for training and battling.

The Rival

The player’s rival is also from Pallet Town, and they share the same ambition: to become the Pokémon Champion. Similar to the classic games, the rival takes one of the starter Pokémon and often challenges the player throughout the game. The rival also uses fused Pokémon, and each encounter reveals how their team has evolved into unique combinations.

Team Rocket and Fusion Technology

Team Rocket returns as the main antagonist group in the game. This time, they are particularly interested in exploiting the new fusion technology for their criminal schemes. They aim to create powerful fused Pokémon to take control of the region and use them for illegal activities.

Team Rocket’s Ultimate Plan

Toward the climax of the story, it is revealed that Team Rocket’s leader, Giovanni, has been attempting to create the ultimate fused Pokémon by combining legendary Pokémon to dominate both the Kanto and Johto regions. The player must infiltrate Team Rocket’s headquarters and stop Giovanni before he can complete his plans.

The Final Showdown

The player eventually faces Giovanni in a climactic battle where he uses his ultimate fused Pokémon. After defeating Giovanni, the player saves the region from Team Rocket’s control, and the fusion technology is safeguarded from further exploitation.

Champion Battle and Post-Game

After dealing with Team Rocket, the player continues to the Pokémon League and faces the current Champion. Upon winning, the player becomes the new Champion of the region.

In the post-game, there are additional challenges, such as exploring the Johto region, discovering even more fusion combinations, and participating in special events and tournaments that focus on unique fused Pokémon battles.
