Description

There were three Pokémon protecting the Johto region. They were called the Legendary Dogs, they used to err across the region. One day, they decided to hide in the Tower Brass of Ciudad Iris. At the time, it was a city full of tourists from many regions where legends were shared from all over. The Tower Laton was built in honor of Lugia, a foreign Legende Pokémon. It is said that it is the Pokémon of memories, the people who entered the tower used to evoke forgotten memories. The Bell Tower was built in honor of Ho-oh. It was rumored that when he shows his wings in the form of rainbows, the person who looks at him becomes immortal.

Once, the two Pokémon matched their towers at once. They clashed, and their struggle caused a fierce storm. A beam fell on the Plain Tower and caught fire with the Legendary Dogs inside. They sadly lost their lives and their souls rest in the Burning Tower.

One of the three Pokémon dropped a piece of glass that made certain Pokémon change shape, but only a good coach might know how to handle it. Maybe that coach will be able to release those souls.

On the other hand, the foreign Pokémons are immigrating Johto. They hide from the other Pokémon, as they have not yet adapted to the region. Professor Oak gives you a Pokédex for you to investigate.

Progress

The current version includes all the postgame of the original games (Johto and Kanto), much more extensive, with another region And many more surprises. I've tried to be true to the original game, although there are clear differences so it's not basically a copy.
I hope you enjoy it and bring back memories (as the new Lugia does .) ). Above all, I hope you will give me your opinion, because I am looking forward to continuing the project. :D

Change Log v1.2.2

Here are examples of novelties I have introduced with respect to the original games, and other mechanics they did have but were not implemented in Essentials. In addition, it includes all the mechanics of my other project, Pokémon Brown. Here are some examples:
  • Challenges: Add to the game a special modality with difficulties that must be overcome. Imagine playing Heartgold with a Nuzlocke implemented.
  • Missions: Mission System (main and secondary) in which each mission is associated with one of the 490 first Pokémon of the Pokedex. Enjoy a post-game as long as you want.
  • Multiple games: You can have up to three games in this game and swap Pokémon between them. The Brown Pokémon games can also be accessed.
  • Pokémon accompanying : Already in the originals, I have implemented it in this game (I know there is already a script, but since I wanted to make modifications, I decided to create my own code from scratch, although the sprites are not mine).
  • Powers O: A function of the PokéGear with the powers of the sixth generation.
  • Secret Bases: Third generation bases are available. You can have several bases and invite members of other bases you conquer. (Infamous Klein's Script, with improvements of mine introduced).
  • Pokémon City: Where the Pokéathlon was, now there is a space reserved for your Pokémon to walk alone and you can control it. You can talk to other Pokémon, trade with them, use their attacks... Besides, he's gaining happiness.
  • Battle front: The traditional Battle Front is available after the league. It has five buildings led by an Ace to beat: Battle Tower, where you face many coaches with breaks; Battle Factory, where you can participate with borrowed Pokémon; Battle Tournament, in which you can face coaches you already know; Roulta Batalla, where a random roulette decides extra effects on the fight; and the Battle Cave, where you start an adventure with objects while defeating coaches. Face the five aces.
  • Post-league adventure: As in the original games, you can travel to Kanto after the league. The difference is that this journey is much longer and with more history and missions. In addition, there are many new or expanded places. These are an example of Ciudad Azulona and Ciudad Fucsia.
